Recently, India and Mauritius have inked long-term fuel supply agreement with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) to supply the island nation’s entire import requirement of petrol, diesel and aviation turbine fuel.

It is a member of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
